It's mighty tastey when you're hungry, and there is nothing else.

Notice to Spiff: I LOVE AIRPLANE FOOD. Bring me some from the plane and I'll pay you like FIFTEEN dollars. But it has to be a meal and not peanuts.

All I ever got on airplanes was a bag of pretzels. It was a short flight, and I ate at a restaurant shortly after disembarking.

The last couple times I've flown the food was pretty good. I have no problems with airline food. Those peanuts are good too.

Anyway, enough of that, they have good food, pizza and chocolate muffin hehehe!

I've had airplane food 3 times. One was some commercial airplane that gave us all brown bag sandwhiches. It was just as good as any other processed sandwhich, I guess. Kinda blah... The other 2 were actually meals on a MAC flight and they were really good. One was chicken and one was beef but I don't remember how it was made.

Better than eating brains given to you by a creepy on armed man.
I haven't been on a plane with a meal since I was four, I think. Maybe when I was seven, too. But I certainly didn't eat it either time.

I've always just had peanuts. I've never been on a flight hat lasted more than 3 hours anyhow.

The only time I've been on a plane ride was for an 8 hour plane ride (than another hour right after to get from one part of Italy to another on a smaller more comfortable plane.)

When I went to Hong Kong over Easter they served us Noodles and Haagen-Daas Ice cream. Oh boy I loved that flight. And they were only snacks!!!

*grin* I've never been too dissapointed by food on airplanes before.

When I was riding China Air, or something like that, they served meals, which often resulted in having a choice. It was pretty nasty. The rice was hard, and the meat was too stale. But I had to eat because I was hungry. xD

The flight was too long too. It took a whole freaking day, so I had two air plane meals on one trip. :(

I think the food is ok. But nothing more than ok, mind you. I've experienced far worse in my own home. Mom's a vegetarian.

When I went to Korea I had a Korean dish called Bi Bim Bap for or something like that for dinner and it was pretty good. For breakfast I had an omelet and it wasn't great. On the way back I had roast beef and it was pretty bad. I can't remember what I had for the other meal. Probably the egg thing again because the other option was uappealing.

They call it food.

But food doesn't smell like rancid metal.

In my high school, it not only smells like rancid metal, it tastes like rancid metal, too. And if they're as consistent about recipes as they were when I was still there, then it's giving kids the runs and nausea at the same alarming rate it was in 1996. (When I graduated.)

Airplane food is the root of all evil. Airplane food is the definition for "food poisoning". Air plane food is also used in the thesaurus under "Ew" "sick" "yuck" and "die you!!!!".

Buuuuut....the PEANUTS ROCK! :rolleyes2

Maybe, we should all just be thankful that we have enough food in the first place.

yeah, i guess, because if they didn't, everyone would complain about being hungry...unless you sneak food on the airplane like I do *when i'm not snacking on the peanuts and juice of course*
