How long does it take for you to shower/bathe? [Archive]

I usually take 30-40 minutes. Once you get that hot water running, you just don't want to get out. I usually take showers though, I love the shower massager, I can't imagine NOT using it.

I never take baths anymore. I don't know why either. Meh. :/

Atleast 15 minutes. Usually between 20 and 30 minutes.

And I'm sure Yazoo's Queen meant "depends on how thoroughly I'm cleaning myself". You know, just the hair, or everything else too.

5-10 mins. In, thorough wash, out. I used to take baths but they do take rather long and use up a hell of alot of water compared to a shower

Before work: 15-20 minutes
On the weekends: 30-40 minutes

Unless it's hot outside, then I take as quick a shower as possible. But since it's been so rainy and cold lately I take much longer ones.

Bath = 30 minutes at least, if the water isn't hot enough I will get out quicker.

Shower = 10-20 minutes.

Shower - about 10 minutes.

Bath - Anything from about 20 to 40, maybe even an hour sometimes. ^_^ Baths are nice.

i've just got out the bath!! i was in for 10 minutes but normally i'm in anywhere from 20 to an hour!
i only have showers if i'm in a rush!
normally 5-10 minutes!

20-40 minutes in the shower. However, if my hair is spiked up it can take a considerable amount of time to shower...

1 - 3 minutes, I estimate. In bootcamp you get 6 minutes to use the bathroom, shower, shave, brush your teeth, be in uniform and back in quarters with all your hygene items and everything else put back where they belong, or your asses get chewed. After doing that for a month I kinda got used to it, which is good, cause I don't have to wake up very much earlier than when I leave. I can do that. Usually it's 5-20 minutes though. The last time I clearly remember taking a bath I had lego boats in there to play with. Try and guess how long ago that was.

Probably about 25 minutes, including getting dry and stuff.

I used to take at least an hour in the bath, but since I've stoped having baths I go faster.

I now shower.

Hmm... since I put my portable dvd player in there and watch an episode of whatever anime I want 30-40 minutes.

If, like now, I don't have my dvd player the shower is not only a place where I relax, it's where I think about the day; what I did that was beneficial, what I did that wasn't, and speculate on what I should do tomorrow to improve.

Wouldn't all that moisture get inside that portable DVD player? Like, from the steam and all.

Anyways, even if I could take a bath, I couldn't. My tub is too small, plus...I hate to soak myself in my own filth.

Eh, I although I would love to just stnd around in there for a really long time, I can only take showers for abuot 5-10 minutes or so. I have a bad habit of waiting to the last possible minute to take them, so I'm always in a hurry. I can't ever really enjoy them, but that's okay.

And I can't stand baths. It IS soaking in your own filth. And that defeats the purpose.

:eek: it does not comprehend with me that anyone could possibly do all that in only 6 minutes.

i usually take at least 30 min to do everything

I haven't taken a bath in a long time.

I usually take anywhere from 5-20 minutes in the shower. If I'm watching some sports thing, I'll take about 5 minutes, like between quarters or during halftime. If I'm in no hurry, I'll take my time and just let the hot water run over me and relax. :)

Showers take 15-30 minutes total, depending on what I have to do. It takes me at least 10-12 minutes to get my hair good and clean and conditioned, and that's without any of the special stuff I do to it once a month. Then I do face, body, and shave if I need too. If I'm squatting in a dorm room, I do 10 minute showers.

Normally 15/20 mins in the shower, i don't bathe that often only if i've had a shower earlier in the day so then i won't be lying in a pool of muck!Lol :rolleyes2

an hour and a half or 2 hours in a bath to relax and read.

what can i say, i love the water, and showers wake me up in the morning.
