I knew that, but that's only because I read the bio of her as well. However, I don't find it all that surprising; voice actors wouldn't make much of a living if they only could do one character or one show. Part of the talent required to become a voice actor is the ability to do a wide range of vocal styles, each one completely different from the next - being recognizable is a sign of a bad actor, being unrecognizable, however, is a sign of a great one (for instance, would you recognize Mark Hamill of Luke Skywalker fame as the voice of the Joker on Batman? I know I didn't).

Many of the voice actors for FFX/X-2 have had lots of other roles, both voice and regular actung. For instance, Wakka is the voice of Bender in Futurama! O'aka's voice actor, Dwight Shultz, played Reg Barclay for years on Star Trek.

i have found some of taras biography

Tara Strong (Bubbles) began her acting career in Toronto, when at the age of twelve, she performed at the Toronto Yiddish Theater. A novice to the language, she learned her songs phonetically, which proved rather humorous when fans would offer praise in Yiddish.Strong's natural gift for making people laugh through unusual voices was spotlighted when she starred as the title character in the animated series Hello Kitty. This role inaugurated her lifetime career as a performer in over fifty different animated series, including Nickelodeon's The Rugrats as Baby Dil, Cartoon Network's The Powerpuff Girls as Bubbles, Nickelodeon's The Fairly Odd Parents as Timmy, Warner Bros.' Batman as Batgirl, Disney's Lloyd In Space as a two-headed monster named Cindy and Disney's Proud Family as Bebe, Cece and Puff! In addition to Strong's success on television, her animated features include Disney's 101 Dalmatians as Spot, Warner Bros.' Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island, Disney's The Little Mermaid II as Melody and coming soon, Warner Bros.' Tom & Jerry.
Strong is a three-time nominee for the prestigious Annie Award and has recently started a new website with her husband Craig called www.voicestarz.com where you can learn all about voice-overs in animation.

Tara Strong has been a strong presence in the American voice acting scene since she was a teenager, credited in shows from The Care Bears to Fairly OddParents (Timmy Turner). Among her many roles, she has played Rikku in Final Fantasy X and X-2, Bubbles in The Powerpuff Girls, Batgirl in Batman: The Animated Series, and Raven in Teen Titans.

I don't think Sweetbox are English. They are American? They don't sing in England either, cuz I'd never heard of them before FF X-2.
They had a hit song in 1999 called "Everything's Gonna Be Alright" that got played on the radio a million times a day and some people called "The Y2K theme". I actually liked it and have it on CD somewhere. I lived in Norwalk, CA, was in 8th grade, and attended Corvallis Middle School at the time. :D

Okay, "everything's gonna be alright" was performed by sweetbox but by the singer tina harris. later she was replaced by Jade Villalon. Jade sung the final fantasy songs as it says on the game. :) But Jade Villalon sings english songs but sweetbox is based in korea or something it really dosen;t make sense, she just sings for the english speaking people over there i guess, but her cd's can be found in american stores. one of her cd's "Adagio" has 1,000 Words and real Emotion in it and she sings the version of 1,000 W. that yuna sang in the concert (Not the orchestrated version) but she added the extra lyrics that the orch. version had so its longer, and she addded some words to real emotion too.

Just goes to show that you never know who will try voice acting in video games, just like how Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts was voiced by La….
