How do you like your eggs?

I'm not sure if it says anything about what kind of person you are or anything, but it's kind of a cute little question to ask since I'm new here and don't really know anybody yet.

Scrambled? Fried? Poached? devilled? omletted? (I just made up "omletted", I don't think it's an actual word ^^;; )
What's your favourite way to cook and eat eggs?

Scrambled!

Though I cant say I've ever had them any other way, since I was horribly picky as a child and now that I cook for myself, I only make scrambled because that's easiest.

Scrambled for me as well for the same reason as TheAbominatrix. Picky and I couldn't stand having any uncooked egg whites so scrambled seemed to be the way to make sure that it was all cooked.

Scrambled with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and hot sauce. Sometimes I get lucky and can also throw cheese and mushrooms into the mix. When I was a little kid, we used to put green food dye into the eggs and bits of ham for..... you guessed it, green eggs & ham.

Any shape or form! Eggs rock - with ONE exception. If they're fried, i only like them well done. It's worth sacrificing a runny yolk to make sure theres no uncooked gunge left on the thing *shudders*.
For the record...does anyone here flip over their eggs when frying? I think i must've been mistreated as a child but ALL of my friends seem to put alot of grease on the pan and then flip the grease onto the egg to cook the top of it (mmm...cardio-licious!) whereas i just turn the thing over, saving cooking oil and a few millimetres of artery.

There used to be this chef at this breakfast restaurant I used to go to, it
was like the biggest slum you've ever seen but their food was amazing.
Well his nickname was Lefty and he had Parkinson's disease so when he'd
ask what kind of eggs we wanted, we'd all be like "Scramble 'em up, Lefty!"

They had other chefs make the other types of eggs, but Lefty took care
of most of the cooking. :p

Hmm i usually like mine poached or sunny side up ^^ I just like it that way, somehow scrambled doesnt seem to fit me even though only i can cook that x-x

O yea has anyone tried putting raw egg into rice like the japanese did? Is that good?
