plz help me the safe with vincent is bugged

right 36
left 10
right 59
right 97

i enetered it and it said fail ive rechecked the noted countless times and those are the numbers and order am i entering them wrong?

There the right numbers, I think you have to enter the numbers without goin over that number. Example: if you want to get 97 and you hit 98 and then went back to 97 it would not be counted.

i enter them all corrdctly i wrote it on paper aswell but when i enter it correctly it says fail

its pissed me off so much. after you enter the 1st number do you go all the way to the next or add it? eg. right 36 left 10 after right 36 i go all the way back to left 10

As soon as you have entered the first number you go straight to the next and yes after you have entered 36 you go back to ten :D

thats exactly what i did, there must be something im doing wrong ok i check the numbers

(2) left 10
(3) right 59
(4) right 97

i enter them all in the specified order and it says fail at the end

Maybe your not pressing O on each number to put it in?

- Never Pass/Go ahead of the number you wanna press
- Make Sure You Press O
- Make sure Your going the right way after each button is pressed
- Do It In Time
- Make sure its the right numbers
- Dont accidentally press Circle or anything
- Im an idiot i dunno anything else

Can't be a glitch. Glitches don't do that sort of thing. Don't bother checking for a scratched disc either, 'cause it wouldn't have that effect. You're probably just missing some small detail, happens to me all the time.

i went back in disc 2 when i got highwind and it worked the exact same code

Have you manualy changed the action button from O to X... I did this during one of my games and it can screw up some of the little mini games and such... cause the game doesn't seem to be sure which is the confirm and which is the cancel button... if the counter is going back to zero you must be pushing the cancel.. which if the above is true you will have to set the select button back to O in the select menu or the game will think both X and O are the cancel button.

Have you changed the button-config ??? Because that might be the problem. If so, try doing it with the standard button configuration. It might do the trick.

what for ffvii, i hate the default controls for it but the gameplay and the story is by far the best,don't fret look in the manual for how to change the controls

i had the same problem when i was playing it again, but idid change my buttons -> when i did, i couldn't unlock anything else: ie. i couldn't select stables for my chocobo's, couldn't unlock huge materia in rocket and so on :mad: Then i switched the button-config back to default and it worked again. :D
