Unusual Animals?

There are a lot of unusual animals people don't know about. I know what a Liger (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liger) is, as does pretty much everyone now ever since Napoleon Dynamite, but did you know that there are such things as Tigons (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tigon)? I just found out they existed.

The one on the left is a Tigon and the one on the right is a Ti-Tigon (A very rare unsterile Tigon that bred with a Tiger)

whale + dolphin. it really exists, but after your idea, i'm thinking it might not be that exciting. a wolf/dolphin cross however, i think would be awesome... why can't you be the zookeeper in charge of breeding?

I mean, wolf + dolphin, flamingo + penguin, ostrich + chihuahua (ostrichihuahua...isn't it so fun to say?), emu + mule are just a few examples.

Ah, but this particular tarantula has furry feelers, which makes it even "cooler" than the average tarantula.

The Manchurian/Siberian Tiger Cross is really pretty! White Tigers are my favourite animals, and that one is white. I'm dissapointed that the site failed to have any Macaw Hybrids, since I own one. But they aren't all that rare so it's not surprising.

I saw a platypus in the zoo. Not in the wild though.

I have seen these in the wild - they can grow up to two meters tall.

That's a scary bird. I read that they can kill you by kicking at you because of their claws.
