Yes, it's about that time again. :D

The Gamer's Alliance is basically an affiliate of EoFF. It's been around as long as EoFF, and EoFF was part of the original tGA found <a href="http://pub3.ezboard.com/bthegamersalliance">here</a>. Plenty of well-known EoFFers joined in, including Cid, Dr Unne, and BOU. Plenty of well-known EoFFers originally came from tGA, including Britt, Not At All Reno, Emerald Aeris, and Princess Usa. Plenty of well-known EoFFers are current members, including Bleys and Loony BooB.

But I digress. tGA is a forums-based Online RPG. It's basically a large-scale interactive fanfic with a lot of people set in a specific world, including map and everything. The idea is to make a character in this world and join in the current plot. You can be anything from a self-righteous paladin bent on eliminating evil to a sneaky thief who interferes with everyone. Or even an evil black mage set on taking over the world. Whatever you want.

tGA, typically, starts out really great and dies within three months. I am determined for that not to happen. I purchased a vB license to this end, and promoted two new administrators(DMs) to try and keep the RP going, even if either Bleys or I stop being completely active(which happens :p).

tGA is a nice place, so come and join. You'll meet lots of new people, and I'm sure many of you recognize the more famous members of EoFF RPing there. And seriously, fantasy RPing is cool. Just remember to read the Rules and FAQ in Crossroads, and check out the main page as well (as mentioned in Raist's post) to get familiar with how tGA works. :)

You don't have to be a "good RPer" to play there and have fun. I wasn't that good when I first joined, and look at me now. Seriously, you can just hang out there and get used to the place and people there and then RP if you feel like it. You'll learn all the basic things during the RP (and it helps if you read the FAQs and Rules thread to know what you can and can't do), and I'm sure many tGA people are glad to answer any questions you have in mind. So if you need help, just ask, and we'll help. :)

You probably think that tGA is just all male thing, but that's not true. You can do all that girly stuff there too, you know. Imagine all the possibilites when you RP your character in tGA: so many men just waiting to be caught. Flirting, romance, chivalry... sounds promising, eh?

Anyway, we'd really need more female RPers in tGA to give it a more feminine touch. If you think you're interested in writing and trying to flirt with characters and stuff, feel free to join. If you think your friend would be interested about this, tell her about tGA. I'd love to see more of you girls in tGA. I have a handsome flirty thief who I'm RPing at tGA and he's also single, so now it would be a good time for you to get to tGA, make a character and to hit on my thief character. ;)

But seriously, just ask if you want to know more about tGA. I hope you're at least interested in this after reading my post, and I hope you'll at least go and check tGA out.

EDIT: Some of it's "poorer" quality because it's just taken from AIM convos. xD

Those of you who still haven't joined have already missed the great ninja bunny. We still have a few comic sidekicks there and some nasty villains, though, so it isn't late to join. And because we have this nice summary thread, it isn't hard to get going in the RP and to know what's going on; just read the summary and that'll help you a lot.
