Non GF Bug Patch

Could someone tell me what is this patch for?

And what about the GF bug Patch?

Well, the patch is for the pc version of the game.

The GF patch being for a Geforce video card and the non GF patch for other video cards. It is needed to fix up graphical errors. If it is not installed, the game picture has horizontal lines across the screen.
