it can't be less than half an hour! they cant be spending all this time on a 27 minute movie!!!! its gotta be over an hour; but how long exactly? the longest prediction so far that i've seen is 90 mins.

Go to IGN and search release dates and somewhere there you will find the release date and the duration of the movie
It's summer 2005 and the duration is 1:42

It was originally extremely short W-aaaaaa-y back in the very bones of the story but that story only featured Cloud and Tifa. Then when everyone learned about it and it was set to be an actual movie an hour was the set time but they wanted to add more fight scenes for entertainment soat least an hour and a half at present.
