Everyone but Cid should die. That includes Tifa and Marlene and Yuffie and every other girl I forgot. This should happen within the first 5 minutes of the movie. Then Cid should just kick ass for the rest of it.


This has nothing to do with sexism. This has to do with Cid being a total badass, whereas every other character is a wanky loser.

It should be called "The Cid Highwind Movie."


And then Aeris comes back, but says something stupid so Cid kills her.

Though i think the slitting of the wrists might work! think about it, he might still be fighting a psychological battle in AC like he did with the game..

Its not that odd to not have heard of him in DOC. The whole point of that game was to draw attention away from Cloud.

I have a horrible foreboding that Cloud will die at the end, it's just a hunch really. I don't *want* it to happen, but it would be....I don't know, fittingly tragic to some of the writers maybe, given the whole Cloud and Aeris backstory, with Cloud being wracked with guilt over her death.
