If you can have an erection last four hours, you'll probably end up in pain. I don't think the muscles are meant to stay strained for that long. That would heart much. I've never timed my erections, though, so I'm not sure how long it takes before the pain begins to set in.

If you don't suffer any pain, however, you might want to consider how you could capitalise on such an ability. *cough*
