i just thought it'd be really funny and interesting to post pics of strange, cool and warped buildings eg skyscrapers bridges http://maths.dur.ac.uk/~dma0cvj/19-02-03_gateshead_millenium_bridge_shrunk.JPG thats the millenium Bridge in Gateshead its weird as it can tilt to let ships through without sending the pathway across upside down *thinks of the Pepsi max hypercoaster in Blackpool pleasure beach* now its your turn

We have a crashed plane in a ravine near the town centre.

There's probably going to be a lot of tramps/hobos in there, though. :/

damn shame just get a katana or a few molotovs and shout "get the frig outta my plane or else you'll have to answer to these"

simple as

a) It isn't my plane.
b) The local authorities might not be too pleased about my actions.
c) I'd have to pay bus fare to get into town, and I'm not doing that.

good point but you can claim it as your own or do something that doesnt require much money or movement to get to it. get some people you can blame.

sorry about my violent and destructive attitude towards things but ive had a sugar rush about 3o mins ago

We have this in Good 'ol North Devon. Its called the Landmark and its a theatre and obsure cinema (only plays interlectual continental films), but its commonly known and maddonas bra. Oh yeah and i also had my prom there! it was built on top of childrens amusments about 5/6 yrs ago, great aint it. All teh local chavs hang around it and sell drugs and I'm not exagerating, i went to acoustic cafe there to see a mate perform and got asked if i wanted to buy about 3 times, i don't do that kinda stuff......anymore at least.....

This isn't real interesting. It's the Tarrant County courthouse. It's made of limestone. Apparently a pretty building.

Shoden

wow thats quite nice but did you know limestone is alkaline while sandstone is acidic and if water isn't neutral then either of the stones are thrown in to neutralize it

I would describe that as the "slinky" of archietecture.

everybody's luvin Newcastle around here. What about the poor people in Oldcastle though? they never get any press. I'm going to start an Oldcastle tourist office and bring millions of people to see the joys and wonders of Oldcastle.

Oh yeah forgot the Vermont constitution was signed in Windsor. IT was the first to outlaw slavery in the U.S.A. Also the first gun factory was in Windsor, we made the Windsor rifle which was used in the civil war. :D also the first steam engine was made by a man in windsor but his idea was stolen ;)

beat this:

http://roadsidegeorgia.com/images/big_chicken_sm.jpg

It's on US-41 in Marietta, Georgia, where I grew up, and a northern suburb of Atlanta. People always use it as a reference point when giving directions. The mouth opened and closed for a while, but they turned it off when birds started getting crushed. (the irony) In recent years they fixed it so the mouth opens and closes without consuming any avian brethren.
