Xenogears Section?

We in all honesty need a Xenogears forum. It is a Squaresoft game (even though the credit really shouldn't be theirs from what I gather, I'll ask another time...) and all of the other Squeenix hits have sections (notice how I say hits...Ergheiz and such are not hits ^^ and BFM isn't worthy, mostly b/c there aren't serious BFM topics that could be made, its kinda a comedy game...), right? Chrono, Final Fantasy everything, but no Xenogears. I mean, Xenosaga isn't completely necessary if you don't want it, it is being made by the Xenogears ex-Square employee team though of course...but the misc. section says NO XENOSAGA, so thats why Im wondering. Xenogears is too grand to be shoved in a misc.. >.><.< *sob* :cry: :( :mad:

There just isn't much to talk about with the game. It is about as pointless as a forum about "The Bouncer". I love the game. Its awesome to a point that can't be measured but it was never active in all of its incarnations. All I have to say is that in a few weeks I think the general squenix forum will have a lot of xenosaga threads from people who don't realized the game isn't made by square. New game comes out in a couple of weeks. If I am not mistaken there is still a thread in that forum about Xenosaga.

Thats actually quite suprising. When searching though a few of the threads, I saw a bunch of ppl discussing XenoGears/Saga and the release of XS2...Is it because Xenogears is sort of underground and not enough ppl know much about it?
O well, I reccommend every RPG fan out there should play it, as long as you can't stand reading which I strongly doubt. :rolleyes2 :p

Am I the only individual in my age standings that can actually process such a series? O yeah, I may be a "boy genius" if you will, but I can't be the only one, RPG radicals are usually very intellectual...rofl. :rolleyes2 Well, some at least, it depends which RPG...anyone can pick up a Pokemon GB game. ;)

Wait, did I read what I think I just read...? OMFG...nothing to talk about in XENO!?!? Look at the XGAM forums, its just a large as this and its just for Xenogears/Saga I and II...There are like 100 multilayered character relationships, twice as many important characters, 80 hours of mostly story (Xenogears), another 30-40 hours in XS1, XS2 is coming out in a week...CMON! Are you losing it? You never played it obviously...

Make interesting Xenogears posts in General Square Enix, and you'll get a few responses. That's the only way you'd get an XG forum - if General S-E gets completely choked with XG posts like it was with KH ones.

I have played the games...many times. I even own Perfect Works and the Offical Design Materials. I just don't think there is much to talk about besides a whole bunch of useless spam.

Hmmm...Theories about the Xenogears/Saga connection, perhaps? Explaining events and developments in the plot for newbs? There is room for things if ppl are interested. Like I said, its possible to make a whole forum out of it (XGAM)

Use the General Square-Enix Forum for Xenogears topics. Even with the Xeno stuff, the KH Forum is much more active than Gen Squeeinx anyway, so there isn't likely going to be a change.

Sorry to kick this up but. I got into Xenogears and it's one damn fine game. How can you make a Chrono series forum but no Xenogears?

Because people consistently post enough about the Chrono games to justify it. The Xenogears forum fizzles out rather quickly each time we bring it back.

A valiant effort was made to revive the Xeno discussion a couple weeks ago, but the fact that only a handful of the threads are still active is a good enough indication that a forum is not necessary. Of course saying this now might generate a second effort, but that's ok, I enjoy reading the same argument over the merit of religious allusions. And eating disorders.

Xenogears loses the outsider appeal once you make an official forum for it. Then we wouldn't be able to make jokes about the Xenogears forum. Once again, what you want and cannot have is so much more alluring than what you are given freely.

Since Xeno has no specific forum, it is now considered to be "undeground," and therefore cool in a non-conformist kind of way.
