Best Gear? (Xenogears)

Not just in terms of raw power, which is the coolest Gear in Xenogears? I'd say Alpha Weltall, Grahf's gear. It was strong, has those badass wings, and just fit his character well.

Andvari, hands down. That Gear was sleek, sexy, cherry red, and ran like a race car. Which is to say, Bart got all the ladies and showed them how a real Gear kicks butt!

Yeah, El-Andvari's pretty good. Espeically at first, since it's the first Omnigear you get. Once you get the others though, it's really not that impressive.

Xenogears, man. That thing is just incredible. It's huge and white and has the plasma wings and Infinity Mode and 30,000 HP and so on.

I like Xenogears when it comes to looks. Although I personally though Fenrir was pretty badass. I can't help but like Vierge, but that is probably because Elly was my favorite character. Andvari was cool looking, but that was about it. Same with the Omnigear version of Stier.

Also, I like Seibzen because, well, Seibzen is a cool sounding word.

Vierge was a little too girly for me. I liked Crescens, Emeralda's gear.

I'm a big fan of arms, personally, and Crescens is a tad lacking in that regard. El Regurus, Sophia's gear, was pretty impressive (while still being girly_ - a shame you never got to use it.

The Xenogears was a great gear, and I liked Fenrir a lot. El Renmazuo was pretty cool looking as well, as was Crescens despite its lack of arms. Alpha Weltal was also an amazing gear, really powerful, and Weltal-Id was cool too.

Ramsus' Gear was very cool looking but got wasted pretty quick by Id's gear. I also thought Elly's gear was cool, especially when Elly Goes totally nuts on Fei after taking "Drive"

The three most useful gears in the game for me (ie, my final party) were Xenogears, Crescens, and El-Stier.

Id's version of Weltall was awesome followed by Xenogears in a close second. Id's Weltall looked like some sort of devil, while Xenogears was a good contrast, appearing like an Avenging angel.
