Interesting scenarios

Just got bored so I thought I'd post a little thread on how various final fantasies could have gone differently, if the writers suddenly went insane in the middle of storyline development. Feel free to post either other ideas or responses to ideas.

What if the four fiends had chosen princess sara to be chaos instead of garland? Or matoya? Or bikke?
What if Squall had been a girl and rinoa a dude, but maintained the same personalities?
What if Vincent had been a mummy, not a vampire?
What if Edge had been classed as a priest, or better yet, another bard like edward/gilbert?
What if barret were suffering from the effects of steroid use (not sure he wasn't already, but...) ?
What if cyan was a drunkard?

I'll leave some for you guys, just thought it was entertaining to do this.

I kind of figured that when you're considering AU scenarios, plot details coming up was kind of a given. And does that even really count as a spoiler anymore? I thought it was pretty much common knowledge. And who the hell even reads my posts anyway? Anyone even remotely interested in what I have to say displays a lack of anything/one at all to do.

The title interesting scenarios could mean alot of things and the reason I was so annoyed is because Im in the middle of playing FFI.


1) What if Cloud was gay?Majority of the game would have taken place in Wall market

2) What if Ruby Weapon actually HAD underwear!?Id be disgusted if it didnt

3) What if Seifer had AIDS?Rinoa wouldnt have lived long enough to meet Squall

4) What if Ultimecia summoned a chocobo instead of Griever?The party would have fled in terror

5) What if Malboro Flowers liked yogurt?Who says they dont? mmm yoghurt...

6) What if Aeris killed Sephiroth in the end of Disc1?Good question, *clueless*

7) What if Zeromus was a horny panda? He'd be in a sanctuary, breeding to his hearts content.

The Aeris killing Sephiroth and switching the genders of Rinoa and Squall sound like interesting premises for entirely new games or remakes, haha.

What if Sephiroth had really become a god?
What if Gilgamesh kicked the light warriors asses instead of being beaten like a rag doll?
What if Kefka eats babies?
What if Odin killed Seifer?
What if A giant chicken was the last boss instead of Chaos, Zeromus, Exdeath, Kefka, Sephiroth, Ultimecia, or Kuja?
Speaking about Kuja- What if he was'nt a guy? Or a girl for that matter?

Excalipur for all! They'd probably never have left the first world. heh. poor gilgamesh.

You mean he doesn't?

This would also make me happy^_^ I never got to see gilgamesh outside of that battle anyways :/

Uhh... he is. Doesn't EVERYONE worship him?

What if Irvine turned out to be gay?
What if Edward had been a Holy Knight instead of a bard?
What if Cloud wasn't denser than the heart of a black hole? (For all you non science geeky types out there, that's pretty dizamn dense.)
