Celes and Terra aren't the only ones that can use magic though, not at the end of the game anyways.

Celes and Terra were the two best magic users though, so there isn't much point in including the rest of the FFVI characters (unless you like Strago's blue magic).

For the 1-6 games I have unfortunately only played half of them.. .but out of those I did play(4,5, and 6) I would have to Say Terra is by far the best one. Strong Magic and Strong Physical, not much better then that.

And then it's sort of him, Terra, or Relm whose really the strongest.

I voted Rydia because when I recreate a virtual Final Fantasy world and hook myself up to a machine and live there forever (Or until my life support systems fail and I starve or suffocate), then I'll marry Rydia. And we'll never have kids and maybe I'll get eaten by a monster and become a vegetable.

I'd have to say other. Although she isn't a "specialist" in magic as you say, Faris as a BM is really hot. Plus, she uses magic.
