Adult Swim

Anybody watch this, i hope cause this is the best program on tv. It has family guy, futurama, american dad, inu-yasha, comboy bebop, full metal alchimest ect ect! It's funny and has good anime series shows. So who watches it? I'm watching fma today!

I watch it for Family Guy and Futurama, but that's about it. If there's any interesting anime that comes on later than that, I'd rather not watch any Cartoon Network-edited/dubbed versions anyway.

The only one they air right now that really interests me is Full Metal Alchemist, and the series is already over; I have fan-subbed versions of all 51 episodes. Naruto just got licensed, and is supposed to hit Cartoon Network by the end of the year (I think), but I can't imagine watching edited and dubbed versions of it. I've watched subbed versions of every episode of Naruto so far, too, so I doubt I'll be watching that on Cartoon Network, either (usually I don't like dubbing).

But ya gotta love Family Guy. I want to watch American Dad, too, but I haven't seen an episode yet.

Naruto looks like its going to be a Toonami thing, not Adult Swim. Which may make a huge difference in how horrible it will be treated.

i watch adult swim sometimes or whenever I can. it doesn't intrigue me as much as it used to, but whatever

I do like it, when I actually remember to watch it, which isn't very often. :( But I DID hapen to catch it last night/this morning, and that makes me happy. Fullmetal Alchemist was particularly awesome.

Actually, the FCC has no say over whan cable networks can do. Cartoon Network can show porn if they wanted and the FCC couldn't do anything about it. Cable networks censor themselves to avoid "lawsuits" which according to various laws, hold no water at all, but will still award money to the Plaintiffs, because, in this country, the Plaintiff always wins, no matter how stupid the case.

Yeah, a read that in an article some time after my first post, and I have to say it only means worse news for Naruto. I'm not particularly affected by it because I don't plan on watching the Cartoon Network version of it anyway, but I feel for the kids who are going to be introduced to it via Toonami.
