Who here has noticed some differences in sfa to sf2. Well I got one. Sagat has lost some weight and got really shorter. :)

There's nothing special about contrasting artistic styles. I do prefer Ken with short hair, though.

I haven't noticed any differences, unfortunately. I feel like a loser. :(

Are you talking about the Sega Genesis game that is almost as old as me? I haven't played either in a VERY long time.

Oh brother...

Ok, listen up, the Alpha series is a prequel to the SF2 series. It takes place a few years after the SF1 tournament. The only differences is the characters are younger in this game then they are in SF2. Ryu is in his early twenties (I think) in this game, and I think Chunny is at least 18-19. This is also when Sagat was stronger, because in SF he's aged quite a bit after his defeat by Ryu.

Vega is a lot meatier in SFA than in SF2, like he was pumped full of helium or something. I guess you could explain it away by saying that the Vega in SF2 isn't in his original body. I do prefer the thinner look.

Everyone who was ugly in II got alot uglier in Alpha.

I was unaware that Alpha comes before SFII though. It makes sense, though Chun Li looks older and more mature in the Alpha games for some reason.

Chunny did get hotters as she aged. I mean look at her in SF3, Dayum. I wouldn't say she looks older in the Alphas, to me she looks younger.

This is like kinda comparing NES Link to Windwaker...of course people change, do you think models are suppose to look WORST as new games come out? -_-;
