Bad plot , bad script and weak gags.
Is this just the latest in a long line of dumb, crass teenage comedies to be churned out of Hollywood ( ie.Road Trip,Dude where's my Car, American Pie) ? Sure the ethnic background of the guys cast for the two leading roles ( ie. Chinese-American,Indian-American) is interesting , even unusual ( maybe Hollywood is beginning to accept non-whites for lead roles) but that doesn't distract from the fact that this is just typical brainless garbage. :mad2: How can people find movies like these " funny " or is it ME who has an awful sense of humour ?

hmm... I actually happen to think that the movie was extremely clever and unpredictable. It kept me wondering what was gonna happen next while delivering a good amount of humor. Maybe 1 to many homosexual jokes, but just one.
It was a pretty good movie, ur the 1st person i know who didnt like it.

Do you mean Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle?
I've seen that movie. Interesting idea, but it was pretty horrible, yet slightly funny.

That movie is mostly retarded, but there's this underlying brilliance to it.

In New Zealand, it's called Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle.
Most of it was alright; but I thought the part with the cheetah was stupid.
It's funny for a one-time-watch.

I have yet to view the unrated version. :(
The movie's great if you don't watch it too often. None of the humor is what I'd call timeless.

Haha finally two Asian-Americans in their own movie. I don't care if people thought it was horrible, at least there's some form of representation for this particular minority in America. Yes we do exist and I believe there needs to be more representation for Asian-Americans (this excludes indie movies and martial arts flicks).
