Judging from the fights and stuff...i say Ken, he has much more footwork into him...and much more decent crossups and super. Nothing beats sweap => lvl 3 Shinryuken. I like Ryu better though as a character...but lately Ken seems to be in a way different Tier than Ryu.

Besides, the Ninjas in MK are stupid, they beat their opponents using low trick so they can't fight back, Smoke and Scorpion use the lame assed spears so they can't fight back and Sub-Zero freezes the enemies so they can't move.
