<i>But</i>, you can see what your posts would look like if you were an admin, by messing around with this script I wrote:

I wrote it just so you can observe what your poster information would like like with, say, a shiny blue "Cid's Knight" title, or any other title associated with various special usergroups (unless I forgot any).

I probably made it more complicated than it should be by adding a bunch more customization options. Anyhoo, it's just for fun; I hope some may found enjoyment out of it :).

I forgot to put in the "banned" title, so I'll have to eventually go back and mess with the code anyway.

Make some suggestions, and I might be able to work them into the script.

I've used stripslashes() in the past, but I just couldn't remember the function name (and I haven't talked to the server admin in a while). When I go through and revise it, I'll remember that. It's been a while since I wrote any PHP code, and thanks for the heads up.

That, and it can also help members decide on potential new icons and usernames (as well as new signatures, when I add that in).

Things to add/change:
Add a "BoB" option (Senior Site Staff + Administrator)
Add a "banned" option
Get rid of the slashes
Add a signature display option
Up the maximum character limits for custom title
Write in the option to display for the OLD style.
Other random suggestions.

I went through and made all of the following changes:
- Used the stripslashes() function in many places to get rid of the slashes.
- Added the BoB option
- Added the Banned option
- Added a Signature option
- Upped the character limits to 75 for the custom title and location fields
- Wrote in the EoFF Classic template :).

I wrote in the option for custom, <i>custom</i> titles (like special usergroups) to appear above the normal user titles. The user can control the title text, color, and formatting. Enjoy.
