And you should realize that you're the only person who views the image as "ok' for everyone. Everyone else has stated that it's either banworthy or oonly "borderline" in the case of Kishi.

That picture would make children cry. And not in the way that pictures of, say, Kane would.

And again, what exactly was Kishi thinking when he posted it?

While I'm glad that the Staff decided not to ban Kishi, I gotta say, ya'll seriously need to buff up on your PR skills.

It's like I'm witnessing a case study of public relations gone awry. >_>

The internet can be a case study on a lot of things.

I know, isn't it grand?

If I ever get the chance, I'd do my dissertation on the Sociology of Human relations via the Internet. :)

Anyway, the number one rule of Public Relations: know your audience. There's an obvious disconnect between the Staff and the rest of the forums. You guys should try and fix that.

The Internet is too broad of a study case. Limit it to particular aspects. IRC, MMORPGs, MBs, blogs, geocities personal sites created with the Yahoo! online builder, etc.

I also believe it was "okay."

When Shlup says, "It doesn't matter what you think," over and over again, then yeah, I kinda get that feeling.
I would like to clarify that I don't mean it doesn't matter what non-staffers think, just that it doesn't matter what you think, Raist.

For it to be unambiguous, the intercourse would have been shown, or her legs wide open, or something to that extent. For it to be fully revealed there would have been some nipplage, pubic hair, or the manparts (but even then, nipples and pubes are in non-pornographic nude artwork and photography. They cross the line into pornography when the aforementioned wide-open legs and visible intercourse come into the picture).

All I'm saying with this is that if you want to take the Rules Lawyer Stance on this argument, the call to ban Kishi isn't any more airtight than his defense is.

According to what Staff has said for the past 5 years, there is not a difference between a two-day n00b and a Knight

Who would you rather lose--Unne or Kathryn?

And how does one "earn" a reprieve? Have I earned a reprieve?

Former staffers, like Peter, have earned precisely bugger. We quit, that means nobody owes us anything.

And you should realize that you're the only person who views the image as "ok' for everyone. Everyone else has stated that it's either banworthy or oonly "borderline" in the case of Kishi.

Quite the selective hearing you've got there.
