...that when one of the characters take showers, you have a window in the back with people like Oscar, Elmo, etc. just staring at the naked body of the Sesame Street character and singing along.

What kind of message does this send to kids watching?

1) Sesame Street promotes homosexuality?
2) You still watch Sesame Street?

I didn't grow up watching Sesame Street, I grew up watching Rupert.

Anyways, I think it gives off the message to little kids that it's good to watch and sing along with people who are taking a shower.

Ehm, it's just a kids television show. I doubt the kids would really notice.

It teaches that voyeurism is actually a good thing. And that by announcing your presence by singing, the person you're watching doesn't mind.

Many of the characters on Sesame Street are already nude, anyway. They're monsters, not to mention puppets.
So it's okay. I'm not THAT screwed up from it :rolleyes2

That makes me wonder...won't their feathers/fur/hair get wet after taking a bath? How come they're always so dry? :(

xDDD Never noticed that. This is hilarious. We all know Seseme Steet promotes homosexuality. Bert and Ernie, c'mon.

I made that a few weeks ago for my LJ, btw. The cartoon that had that was by Rocky Pinnicle of Neptune Circle (http://www.neptunecircle.com/) though.

I made a thread months ago blaming Sesame Street for everything wrong with me. I'll try to find it.

Yeah I noticed that. I think in one episode bert (or ernie, I forget) was in a bath singing a song. And then every now and then somebody from the street would pop up out of the water. This conintued untill everybody in the town was singing and dancing in the bath.

Sesame street promotes bathtub orgies.

Homosexual ones, but half the time it's the male creatures.
