Well, more like the part of Staff that didn't resign in pure disgust over this issue are currently discussing it, while the members have clearly shown their stance in the other thread.

it appears that sometimes he is banned, then other times he is not. looks to me like one admin banning him then the next reversing it. Pretty incredible, isn't it?

Just to say, some banned members (such as HOOTERS and Baloki) don't have banned titles, because they intentionally got themselves banned. Oftentimes, the staff does this so they don't get that recognition as being banned that they sought.
