I'd say nah, Vivi fits in well in FFIX with the whole theme and story and I don't think he'd really fit in FFX. It would be cool to see him in those graphics though ^^ And plus Lulu is pretty important in the story of FFX.

In any case, Sin maybe brings Vivi to FFX if Vivi becomes a dream, like you can teleport between Terra and Gaia by riding Invincible or how you travel to Crystal World. Apparently, Vivi (black mages)remains in FFIX, but his soul (dream/emotion/whatever) is brought to FFX. well, if Sin works with Lifa Tree, nothing is impossible. Sin is but another means of transportation, Lifa Tree provides Sin with the sources of energy like mist.... Such a cool idea! :cool: JK,JK

I just kinda meant as being a sister figure to Yuna and the fact that she kinda brought her up. I know she's not one of the IMPORTANT important characters but, I think she fits well there and she does have some purpose at least.

Lulu may not be very important to the story of FFX (I wouldn't know though, I'm only partway through the game -- right after Tidus talks to Bahamut on the way to Zanarkand about 30 hours through), but she certainly is my favorite character! Keep her in FFX where she belongs.

That was pretty much my reaction too. And some of these posts in this thread are just great, g'work guys.

But yeah, Vivi was an important part of the FFIX plot and Lulu was important in FFX's plot, so they should just stay in the games that they're in. Besides, if Vivi were in FFX, then that would mean Vivi would have to be pregnant with Wakka's baby, and I'd hate to think of what hentai could come from that.

Vivi should definately remain in FFIX because he just makes that game. FF9 wouldn't be half as good without him in it - his storyline is the ultimate loss of innocence and with all the relatively deformed characters running around, he's just so gosh darn cute. And although Lulu wasn't that great of a fighter, she was an awesome character given FFX's storyline. Give her a break.
