I've been thinking, "i want to play all final fantasy games" so i have an idea for a game that FF fans will like:

Final Fantasy Legends of Destiny
- Final Fantasy Origins, Chronicles, and Anthology in one!
- Platform(s): GameCube, Nintendo DS, Playstation 2
- FMV graphics all the time!
- Save anywhere!
- Crono Trigger is included in the game!
- Final Fantasy history and artwork!
- Includes Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and Final Fantasy: The Sprits Within shorts!

If you know how to make games make this one or even tell Square-Enix to make it and comments are acceptable (i don't know how to make games online)

Step 1: Find all the roms
Step 2: Make a frontend
Step 3: Pay Neil Corlett $100 to figure out how to make it run on (insert console here)
Step 4: Get sued by Squenix

I don't think making a full 20 hours of gameplay with FFX-2 graphics is viable with the current technology. And then what DJzen said.

Wait? What's this plan?
Are you just suggesting that Square market a game that encompasses all this on all consoles?

That sounds so simple and sensible that there must be a reason it hasn't happened. I'm positive that Square makes more money by marketing the FF games and such in the same general kind of way that it has.

Besides, like rubah said, it'd be way too expensive to buy all at once.

You'd probably need 50 discs.

You'd probably need 50 discs.

times those discs by 10 hours of more of your life lost...then times those discs by 10 dollors of more money of your life lost

i think it's lose-lose situation :rolleyes2

but you know...someone is gonna buy it, you can't deny it

Sell the entire package on a second-line Dell computer-base using magnetic tape as a storage medium, and have each of the control keys the size of a door, so you have to take a running jump at them to press each one. Not only do you get everything FF ever in one simple, warehouse-sized package, but you also get a regular workout. Act now and also recieve some 'Ultima' Styling Gel. For when you hair absolutely positively must defy gravity and logic, choose 'Ultima'.

Yes, we all know how to remake these FF games with FMV graphic. :)

I think this would make an awesome game console.

(I didn't have any duct tape or Sony systems on hand. So sue me.)

I hate this idea. Though considering PS1 and DVD, the PS2 already has that stuff.

Game & Watch has about as much in common with DS as a Magnavox Odeyssey has with an Xbox.

Final Fantasy: Timeline
- All Final Fantasy games from I-IX in one!
- Platform(s): GameCube, Nintendo DS, Playstation 2
- FMV graphics all the time!
- Save anywhere!
- Crono Trigger is included in the game!(Why not?)
- Final Fantasy history and artwork!
- Includes Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and Final Fantasy: The Sprits Within short films!
-Monster list!(I forgot the original name of the feature)

This is a better idea for a game Square needs to create :)

Why don't you ask them to make it so a girl pops out of your TV or DS, a smaller portable girl obviously, and gives you a lapdance, too?

"Your own personal midget will pleasure you as you are hauled to jail because of your nonexistant credit!"

But for this 'final fantasy timeline' that mr. highwind would have square make.

Let's see. How long would it take to code the games?

How long would it take to get actors to capture for the fmvs?

How long would it take to actually render the fmvs?

How long would it take to port to TWO different consoles?

How long would it take to earn money to actually buy it?

Yes, an idea for SE to (literally) die for. Or rather from.
