Stalin, because Russia is cool and Stalin would just break the rules and order a tank to get poor Maggie. Heck, he didn't seem to intserested in what others thought, so why would cheating bother him?

well, considering Stalin is dead and Thatcher is about to turn 80, I doubt that's a decision I'll ever have to make, thankfully.

Seriously, she's Margaret Thatcher. Former Prime Minister of Britian. For 13 years.

Big supporter of neo libralism, also quite conservative. I know a lot about her, thanks to my dratted Comparative Politics class.

Umm, I'd probably pick Thatcher, only because I know more about her, and my name is also Maggie. This alone makes me biased toward her. ^^;;
