The Sony PSP stars as Kefka in the weirdest mother****ing thing I have ever seen in my life.

After watching that, my brain melted.
Ahh, the part where the nintendo thing summoned Luigi was funny, but that thing was waaaaaaaaay too long.

The best parts.
Instead of Tina transforming into a Phantom Beast, PlayStation transforms into a PSOne.
GameBoy Advance drags along GameBoy using a Link Cable.
Instead of Shadow talking to Billy about how he's going to "start over," Virtual Boy talks to Lynx in its final moments.
Instead of Celes tossing a bouquet over the balcony during the opera bit, Dreamcast tosses one of its VMU memory cards.
Instead of Orthros trying to drop a four-ton weight on Celes, Jaguar tries to drop an XBox on Dreamcast.
Instead of Edgar questioning Relm's maturity and Relm declaring that she's already ten years old, Nintendo 64 questions GameBoy Advance, which declares it's already a 32-bit system.
Instead of Kefka betraying Emperor Ghastla and becoming supremely powerful, PocketStation betrays Emperor PlayStation 2 and becomes PSP.
Instead of Celes catching fish to heal Cid, Dreamcast catches batteries to fuel Game Gear.
Instead of Mash learning his techniques from Duncan, GameCube learns from Disk-kun, the old Famicom Disk System mascot.
Instead of Dean and Catalina having a child, two GameBoy Advance SPs have a Nintendo DS.

I can't figure out who the Playdia was supposed to be... And why was it attacking a PSX controller?
Kawaii Ryűkishi
04-04-2005, 10:28 PM
Playdia replaced Gau, didn't it? And the PlayStation controller replaced Magitek armor.

Yeah; the giveaway is when Playdia leaps to learn a Rage. That was the only reason I was able to guess.

Oh.... Right... I knew that... I was... uhh... Just asking to see if YOU guys knew! :riiight:
I personally liked the R.O.B. cameo a lot. That just about made my day. I only wish I could read Japanese so I'd get the details about what was happening. There were a lot of spells listed that seemed like they probably had some interesting name or another.
Somebody needs to make this game happen...

that was freakishly mad yet excellent but i had no idea what some of those consoles were
the best part
was the Megadrive mark 1 attatched itself with the Sega CD system and the master system emulator
Kawaii Ryűkishi

It attached itself to the Sega CD and the 32X, not the Master System converter.

I'm actually disappointed, now that I've seen it in English. It was much better when it was nonsensical, rather than trying to convey a message.

Highly detailed to say the least. So many consoles and such accuracy to both FF VI and videogame history. The graphics and music selections match what's going on perfectly as well. It must've taken plenty of time to make this. Definatly an entertaining little thing to watch.
It did seem to just go on and on though and for a while there but I don't think it was extreamly long. I think that's just because you go straight into a series of fight scenes and then most of the story just gets ploped in from the middle to end nonstop. My only other complaint is that some of the magic menu selections and text boxes went by a little fast for me to catch all of the referances. It's a great find otherwise though and I'll give it another lookover right now.
Favorite parts: The pre-PSP battles.
Closing Comment: And thus the handheld gaming market has been secured for Nintendo. Again.
Score 7.8/10

it seems so long because the end of FFVI was so #!&^ long. I was amazed. parts of that were scene for scene. they had way too much time on thier hands to do this.

Erm... Strago and Gogo don't die. In Realm's ending, she carries Strago, but she doesn't let go and in Strago's ending, he jumps up and grabs the hook from the airship when Realm can't. On top of that, you can clearly see Gogo in the back of the airship when it leaves. Just because he/she/it falls through the floor doesn't nean he/she/it dies...
On another note, the funniest thing is the newborn DS, "Waaaah! Waaaah!" Genious!
