When you hear music that sounds like the boss battles in FFVII, you look around to see who is about to fight before you realize life doesn't feature theme music.

You've tried at least once to draw your own FFVII pics.

You're upset Tifa didn't tell Cloud how she felt when they were waiting on their friends before the final battle.

You don't wonder why a phoenix down couldn't cure Aerith.

You've learned how to play the victory music on at least one musical instrument.

You know who Zack is and where he is from and have wondered at least once how he came to be friends with Sephiroth.
