Banned users can still log in, they just can't post or see any of the forums. Having said that, I'd have thought you people would have IP banned her for having a second account, like poor ol' Faris_the_guy.

But his second account, Justin Credible, was banned for being a second account, if that helps :p

Yep. Plus it's pretty easy to get through IP bans nowadays. Probably not if you're Kathryn, though.

Whenever I look up Kathryn's IP to check if she made another account it finds something like ten members. That's the problem with IP banning in certain instances.

However, second accounts always get found out rather quickly. Even people with dynamic IP addresses don't get away with it for long.

I would think that being that they got banned in the first place, starting over and trying to follow the rules or whatever just doesn't sink into to their minds.
