At the beginning of the game, when you are about to blow up the reactor, someone speaks to you and warns you about it. Who is it? I'm too dumb to work it out myself.

I think it`s Cloud`s inner self.

For now, just think of it as cloud's 'other' self. He's talking to himself basically.
