FFVI Quote Quiz

Because I couldn't find thread like this, I thought I could as well make one. Rules are simple. There is a quote from Final Fantasy VI (e.g. "Wait, he says. Do I look like a waiter?") and you must tell who said it, where and when, who it was said to, and why(e.g. Kefka, in military base near Doma Castle, during Sabin's scenario, to Sabin, because Sabin told him to wait). If you get at least two right, you will be the next to make a quote. I'll go first:

Actually you were all wrong about that quote.

It was said by the Matron who looked after Sabin and Edgar. As I said. I knew the quote and Llanowar did confirm it to be right when I asked him (but I didn't say it because we'd been answering each other's quotes). So sorry but you were wrong :P

So can people please NOT quote until it has been confirmed that your answer was correct as it is not fair if someone has got it wrong and posted a new quote. It defeats the point of guessing and coming closer to the right answer. Not only does it spoil this for the people guessing, but it also spoils it for the quote poster, as they will probably think that their quote is hard and want to see how long it takes for someone to guess it. If people move onto different quotes, how can they do that?
