My pbpBB's clock is an hour behind since Spring Solace. Anyone know how to fix it?

Did you try looking for a Daylight Savings Time autodetect thing?

You can adjust the server time offset for phpBB and that should correct the problem for you. phpBB 3.0 will have a specific daylight savings setting that will automatically correct the time for you, but I don't think phpBB 2.0.x comes equipped with that feature.
