It roughly translates to "Isn't is Beautiful" or "Isn't it Wonderful"

More literally "It's beautiful/wonderful, isn't it"

Here is a rough translation of the lyrics from the song thanks to http://www.animelyrics.com/

Suteki Da Ne

The wind, like a heart that swam in the accumulated words
The clouds, a voice that was shot into the holding future

The moon, a shaking heart in an unsteady mirror
The stars, gentle tears in an overflowing stream

Isn't it beautiful, to walk together in each others hands
I do so want to go,
To your city, your house, into your arms.

That heart,
held within your body
In those confusing nights
I dream

The wind, its halting words are a gentle illusion
The clouds, the broken future like a distant voice

The moon, a heart flowing in the clouded mirror
The stars, broken and swaying, like tears unable to be hidden.

Isn't it beautiful, to walk together in each others hands
I do so want to go,
To your city, your house, into your arms.

That face,
A soft touch,
Dissolving into morning,
I dream.

In the end credits it says "Suteki da Ne (Isn't it Wonderful?)", so I assume they know what they're talking about.

yeah in the credits i would think they know what they're talking about and be careful about that site 'cause it sometimes messes up the lyrics!

Yes, I am rather wonderful. Wait, What?

As stated above, it means: Isn't is wonderfull?

When I first played Final Fantasy X, I greatly enjoyed this song (and still do), and I played it daily off the extra bonus disk, which included the music video.

the more corret version is actually beautiful, but wonderful can be a translation also. Just 'cause it's an offical translation doesn't mean it's always right, they like changing things.

babelfish claims it's 'cute' so we can just go along and accept that it's wonderful.

I asked this lady who'd lived in Japan and learned Japanese (Through College, presumably) and she said it was "Beautiful, Isn't it?"

I asked my friend Alli who's a Japanese minor and she said it means "Wonderful, don'cha thing?" and that one is cuter so that's what I'm calling it. xD
