Occult Fan II

In what order do I have to search the piles in order to get Occult Fan II? I have gotten first two items but now I'm stuck. Plz help.

You can get Occult Fan II from the Pub Owner in Dollet. Just beat him at a Triple Triad game. He'll give you access to the private room, where the issue can be found. It seems you're at that point, though, so I would recommend just leaving the room, then heading back in and checking the stack again until you get it.
