Epassport help, please.

I found this epassport that you can use to pay for FFXI if you don't own a major Credit Card or cannot get one. I was reading about it and I can't figure out if they accept American dollars..at the top of the screen it says "Only accepts EUR" yet at the bottom of the screen they say you can send in dollars... it would be greatly appreciated if somebody could explain this to me.

I would think that since its only on the EU site its EU only
