I think it would be ace for Final Fantasy to team up with Metal Gear Solid. Ninja and Sephiroth. Wouldn't that just be a great fight scene!

Not sure it'd mix too well... MGS tried hard to make things "seem" real. FF tries hard to make things unreal yet believable, within the context of the game anyway. I can't imagine a FF set in modern-day earthian society. If you want that, take Earthbound and make it... serious? Not sure that's possible lol...

I loved the industiral slums of FF7 and steam-punk of FF6. I think it'd be nice to have a psuedo-post-apocolyptic setting. So maybe Fallout? Or Phantasy Star... something. I dunno

Yeah, well, MGS is like, on the opposite side of the spectrum from ff. Thre's no black mages, moogles, and especially no Cids!

Plus, I just couldn't picture any ff characters with a mullet. :D

The only thing from mgs that should be on ffs is Ninja (necrons avator looks cool with sephiroth and Ninja)




anything else from mgs would b complete rubbish (no offence) for ffs!

Or Squall in GTA style gameplay, he'll be there stealing cars with his Gunblade lol

Naw who they should team up with is Krystal*Light, it will be combined and would say Final*Krystal. There would be 30 characters to choose from, you select your two parties of 8 to save the universe from destruction.
My personal party would be: Tidus, Andrew, Malaya, Squall, Nick, Vivi, Zaden, and Lyde Lyde from Krystal*Light 7

Going back to the topic, here are my dream cross-overs...

Final Fantasy

VIII/The Matrix -- Squall & Neo would make a good tag team.

VII/VIII/Tekken 5 -- I wanna see a Triple Threat Swordfight... Cloud vs Squall vs Yoshimitsu... FIGHT!

/Star Wars -- c'mon, who wants to see Masamune turned into a lightsaber? In addition, Warmech, being ridden by Darth Vader?

/The Sims

VIII/Rival Schools -- it's gonna be a hell of a student warfare! :tongue: Shoma vs Squall (Bat vs Gunblade)

X-2/Spice World

/Mortal Kombat -- who wants to see your hated FF characters being finished with BRUTALITY, ANIMALITY, FATALITY?

Yeah Yeah, definetly Krystal*light and I forgot to make my second party so here goes
Eiko,Quina, Barbara,Ashley,Rex,Vetrix,Cloud,Mike, and Damon.
The battle system would kind of be like Legaia 2 or Arc the Lad 4. But there's still time to decide.

Ive already seen Final Fantasy Doom, and played Unreal Tournament as Squall (The Ultimate Gunblade, fires lasers, shock blasts, razorblades, grenades, rockets, bullets, molten shrapnel (my favourite :D ) and of course, nuclear warhead.) I even downloaded Megatron for it!

That's sort of a revamped version of Ergheiz - it had Sephiroth, Cloud and Tifa from FF7 and some other random characters. But one for ALL the FF main characters would be great!
