How do you get Ribbon?????? need help...!

i'm having some problems getting Ribbon( bevelle, chapter 2).....i haven't got any control over those "spinning" platforms....HELP WANTED!! ^_^

When you go into the underground part there are those house things you need to activate those and fight the monsters to get the platforms right then its the first exit on the second platform. Go through there and there is an open area go to the bottom of it and tap x till you get it.

If you mean the ones where you have to stop the platforms by stepping on the button then its the wrong part for the ribbon. :)
