How do you react in stressed situations?
Do you keep your cool or totally freak out; me -
I usually keep calm but there are times where I go a little nuts.

So?

Hmm... I normally tend to ignore it, and keep calm...

Yet I have occasionally destroyed the thing that caused me stress... *Looks over at broken CD's...*

It takes a LOT to get me stressed. I'm pretty laid back, but when I do ,I do what all red blooded males do, lash out at everyone and anything with a pulse, then when the red mist clears, feel eternally guilty for it...unless they deserved it, in which case I only hope I don't get caught.

It takes a bit to get me stressed. I'm good at keeping calm not matter the situation. But, if the stress is too much I just sit there and cry :crying:

I will be calm on the outside but a rage of panic on the inside.

I'd like to think I'm calm, but I'm starting to realize just how worked up I get once things start building up. I guess I'm usually pretty calm on the outside, but on the inside I feel like I'm crumbling.

I run the events through my head, then all the possible outcomes of my actions, then wiegh them against each other. I try and stay as calm as possible throught this 2 second period.

I'll either -

1) Let my emotions go >o

or

2) Ignore the source of my frustration and seem calm and vent to other people about it ^^

#2 more than #1.

I get stressed. Sometimes I freak out, at other times...I give up and go to sleep. But usually I freak out and wail.

It depends. When something real serious happens, I always keep my cool.

I'm normally calm and collected. I vent to people/LJ once every couple months and generally have a good panic, then I'm fine again.

I get STREEEEEESSSSSED OUUUUTTT. I'm always stressed out actually, so when there's really something to be stressed out about, look out!

This one time not that long ago my boyfriend cut himself with my pocket knife (really I didn't do it!) and he was bleeding everywhere and I was like ahhhhhhhhh and he was trying to calm me down and I drove him to the hospital and they weren't helping us and then he started to pass out and I was like ahhhhhh so I had to go find a doctor and he was like whoa and then he fixed him and I felt better.

I try to stay calm, but then I explode.

Same here. I usually don't explode infront of people though as I tend to hide every emotion apart from happiness from everybody around me. Sometimes keeping everything to myself and I just overload so I explode and flip out, but seeing as I do it way less then everybody else [Well, infront of people] its generally accepted by people, but I feel so guilty afterwards.

Depends on the situation really. If it's situations I've never been in before, I could easily get stressed and a little uncomfortable (Driving lessons, for instance). But if my knowledge on the subject is wide, then I'm as calm as can be, because I know what I'm doing (at work, for instance). At work the customer is wrong 90% of the time. Sure, I've heard about all the "the customer is right" crap, but seriously, they're not. I work in the god damned store, I know my /xxx.gif/xxx.gif/xxx.gif/xxx.gif. :p

I don't freak out, but I go to my room and cry my eyes out. If my room isn't available, Vince usually is, and I crawl into his lap when things go all pear-shaped.
It's good to have a friend who can hide everything from you in your darkest hours.
But in public situations I don't panic, and keep to my guns and protect everyone else.
