so here i am about to get ready for work (on a bank holiday may i add :mad2: )with 10 minutes before i have to leave.
my hair is still wet and i'm still eating breakfast.
i used to take about 45 minutes to get ready, now it's more like a quick 10.
how long does it take you to get ready in the morning?
are you a quick riser or do you take forever to get ready?

About half an hour, actually.

I need a cup of tea and a hearty breakfast before I can do anything.

I don't need to get myself ready. As soon as I get out of bed, my whacky inventions get me ready for me. Man, being a 46 year old mad scientist with 4 kids and a hot wife rocks. Oh wait. :(

Depends on what I need to do.

Ironing of shirt = 5 minutes.
Ironing of pants = 5 minutes.
Brushing of teeth = 2 minutes.
Washing hair = 10 minutes.
Flattening hair = 5 minutes (aka wetting my hair and putting it back in place since my hair tends to get out of control overnight).
Putting on suit = 3 minutes.
Putting on tie = 2-5 minutes, some of them ties are nothing but trouble I tell ya.
Putting on shoes = 1 minute.

So... I'd say about 10-35 or so minutes depending on what needs to be done.

Depends if I took a shower at night. If I did, and my hair is has already hair dried, I just need to straighten it. Then I just need to put on my clothes and make up. So maybe 15 minutes? If I need wash my hair in the morning, takes more like an hour. I use the computer in the morning because I'm quick at getting ready. :) I still have like, 20 minutes more to use on it because I got ready so fast.

Ahh. I could never get ready in ten minutes. I need like 20 minutes to go downstairs, eat breakfast have a cup of tea and wake up, another 20 minutes to shower, another 20 minutes for my hair to dry, do my hair and get dressed, so...an hour at least, but I probably need a bit more on most days. I get up about two hours before I have to be somewhere. xD

I get up around 7:30, do absolutely nothing for an hour, then run around frantically, getting dressed etc. And almost being late for school. Happens every day. :D

I have a self-getting ready machine which does things for me. So when I wake up, I was ready half an hour ago.

I shower at night so in the morning all I need to do is get dressed, brush teeth, wash, straighten/curl my hair and make-up. All of this takes me about 30-45 minutes. I don't eat breakfast, I just grab a bottle of water as I leave the house.

It takes me about 45-70 minutes to get ready.

- First I take a shower
- Then I need to put on 7-different lotions
- Then I put on my clothes
- Then I do put on some foundation (just to cover up) :D
- Then I do my hair
- Then I'm all ready to go

I take at LEAST an hour to an hour and a half because my brain doesn't work in the moring, so I'm not gunna drive till I'm good and awake, which takes awhile since I don't drink coffee. I
I take a bath, eat, try and find clean clothes, take the dog out, and do some computer stuff.

It doesn't take me very long to get ready. I usually get up around 6:00am. Then I eat breakfast, take a shower, brush my teeth, get dressed, maybe come online for about five minutes. Then it's out the door heading to school at 7:25am. Wait, yes it does take me a while to get ready. :p If only I didn't have to be in first period class at 7:33 (All the other schools around the one I go to don't start until around 8:00).

I need about 45 minutes to get out of bed, I don't know why. Then I take a shower, and I usually spend about 10-15 mintues just standing in the shower, still trying to wake up, even though I'm up. Then I throw half of my clothes on, brush teeth, apply anti-perspirant, throw other half of clothes on, and fix hair. So I'm looking at about an hour to get ready.

If it's just me getting ready for myself it's only about 40 - 45 minutes, but that never happens. There are cats to feed and dishes and maybe a load to stick in the washer and an assortment of other things that usually pop-up before I have to leave for work, so I need about an hour and a half so I don't have to rush everything.

I take an obscene amount of time to get out of bed and get showered and dressed, but I never have to get up early at Uni, no early lectures or anything for me, so I've never mastered the art of 'getting up' really. Ever. I imagine I shall have to one day though :( xD I've never been a morning person.

Tell me, Superman, is it really possible to turn back time by spinning around the world backwards?
