Website Design Help?!?

Heyas everyone!
My art group Sour Candy and I have made a website dedicated to us and stuff. But well... we have no HTML skills at all!
So we were wondering if someone would be nice enough to design a layout for us using maybe a picture of a lollipop. Our site is, once again, Sour Candy. The address is free3.angeltowns.com/sourcandy
If the layout could have Japanese characters on it, it would be awesome! I can give the characters and stuff!

I think there are online translation sites where you can find the lettering for these, or you can just write them in english!
And we were also wondering if a green theme would be alright?

are you asking for a website template? cause just the layout is simply the backgroud;I can help you with the design and give you some tips but i have no time to do some html coding :( too busy--are you in a hurry to finish your website?

Not in a particular hurry but my friends want it done. Sometime in the next few weeks would be fine. Yes, I meant a template. D'youh *smacks self* @_@ Sorry.
