Shortest FF

X-2 was pretty short even with the side-quests
FFV was pretty damn long if you had done all the jobs

FFIV, V and VI. If you stand them upright, the cartridges are much shorter than the NES cartridges or the PSX/PS2 discs :p

FF1 is all replay value so I will go with that.

FFMQ is VERY short. You can get halfway through the game in something like 5 minutes. I beat it in under a week.
