I'm not too familiar with Nemesis but I voted for him just because I have no intention of seeing Sephiroth make the finals. He's not even that good!

Seriously though, I've heard good things about Nemesis, and as I find Sephiroth wholly unimpressive I don't think it'd be too hard for Nemesis to top him.
