Making threads

Due to the fact that I now have a habit of disappearing from EoFF for long periods of time, I thought that I would forcibly reintroduce myself by making 4 threads, something I almost never do. In fact, I think I've only made about 10 since I joined back in '01?

So, what's your thread-starting count? Do you start threads often, do you start them never/almost ever? Does starting a thread leave you cold, clammy, and shaking?

I don't make many threads, in GC at least. I make like, maybe one a week in The Lounge, especially when I get into a new band or musical artist. In GC I make one maybe, once a month?

I've made the same amount as Apollo, 28 threads, although it's important to note that while he has been here for about 4 months, I've been a member for almost three years. :laugh:

I make one thread everyday, almost. Sometimes 2-3 threads if I have something I really wanna know/ share/ say.

I've made 82 threads at EoFF over the course of 1,138 days, an average of one thread about 13.87 days. I didn't think I made even close to that many threads, but meh. :p My threads average 15-20 replies each.

I make threads to do something. I used to do threads 'to make a point' but the point was often lost. Oh well.

I'd make more but whenever I start a thread it's like a big attention seeking thing (for me....perhaps for everybody but that's not the topic), and I'm weeding that out of my system.

Plus it's just silly.

I almost never make threads. Either I can't think of a good topic, or I don't want to bother, or I'm afraid it won't be good enough and will get closed or something. Overall, though, it's probably just laziness. I think I've made 4.

I decided to look into this a bit further and it seems that the number you can find by using the search function isn't entirely accurate, it can miss some threads... somehow.
