Suggestion = Theme Songs

I've thought about an idea, Theme Songs.
You know, when you open a persons profile then a piece of music
starts playing. That way people can hear and kinda of imagine a little
better what the person is actually like.

Uploading a song to one's profile sounds like a good idea, right?

Copyright problems... damn... is there any way to get around those awful Copyrights? :whimper:

I like the idea, but I wouldn't want the songs to automatically play.

Perhaps there could be a designated amount of space for members to upload a small sample of their theme song (just like user pictures), and then people could view their profile, click on the link and listen to the song.

Chris, do you listen to music while you're using your computer? Because I'd say more people do than don't. That means that every time they visit a page with music on it, they have to go "AARGH, I AM HEARING TWO SONGS, THIS IS NOT GOOD" etc. and then they go and commit suicide.

Or people might upload really bad songs. With BAD WORDS! And we'd have to take so much time censoring them. "I don't wanna do that S- SKULL SKULL SKULL SKULL ing SKULL SKULL SKULL SKULL ty yeah man oh yeah it's f- SMURFED up!"

Or advertisements! "Go to www.something.com because eoff sux , hahahaha!" or something.

Or maybe even evil demands. "Go and kill your mother and buy me a taco."

Or maybe even clone mp3s from Kazaa or some other common file sharing program. "CLICKCLICKCLICKCLICKCLICKCLICKCLICKCLICKCLICK"

Just add a new field to our Profiles. Easy, no? Then, you can choose whether or not to click on the link. Music playing automatically = a definite no.
