It's extremely impressive but he used Photoshop blurring so I'm only actually mildly impressed. I'll admit it's better than my MS Paint skills even though I am an MS Paint elitist jerk but a little photoshop blurring goes a long way. I guarantee it didn't look half that good before the blending.
