Visiting my folks is cool. Having stuff go terribly wrong while I'm visiting is not. Like the Internet, for example. They have Roadrunner (supposedly) out in the middle of Podunk, Texas. I have to check my email from a hospital terminal! Oh, the hardships I suffer for my family... :p

(Yeah, I know it's a "miss me" thread in disguise. :p)

I make sacrifices for my family all the time! Like refraining from killing them when they don't give me what I want. Muaha.

I sacrificed all the friendships I made every two years, which is how often we've moved. College will be the longest I've dealt with the same group of people. :rolleyes: Oddly enough, I'd rather move again. :p

Yeah, I do. MY FAMILY TORTURE ME. I'm like Cinderella really; they make me do all the housework, and cook all the food, and and and they expect me to look after the baby and STILL go to school. :rolleyes2 How could they be so cruel?

I can't think of any major sacrifice I've made for my family, but I would make sacrifices for my younger siblings, my mother and maybe my older sister. I can't see me making any major sacrifice for my father or stepmum, though, although I do love them. I just know that they're well enough off for any sacrifice I make to not really be worth the worry. They also suck when it comes to being thankful, in my opinion, so I guess that's an influential factor too.
