Ex'ed out character?

I found this a while ago, a picture of a Moogle named Kiko, who was used for the final plan in FFVIII.

Here is the pic I found, originating from the Hojuka Magazine.

It would have been cool if the had him in the game, but it was cool how it worked out.

i wonder if this kiko character (assuming this is true) was replace by the lil' red monsters who could say "Laguna"...dang it, what were they called?

Moombas cool. Moogles cool. so as long as they are in at least one FF each im happy and also it would be cool to play as a moogle or moomba. imagine playing as mog from ff6 in good graphics. that would rule.

I love Moombas. I really want a final fantasy with some Moombas in it again. I'm mad, there just aren't enough moombas.

I don't want to play as Mog "in good graphics". I prefer playing as Mog in the GREAT graphics FF6 does have. :mad:

The old FF graphics looks cool too. ives got half of the 2d ones but 3 but im saying it would look good if you playeed as a moogle in 3d.(no disrespect to early FFs)
