I lost my TV remote...

I come home from school one day hoping to watch Team America in my room...And I can't find the remote! OMG XD!!!

Anyway, do you know where my remote is? Do you even care if you loose your own remote? Can you live a day without using a remote?

I don't watch a lot of TV so I very rarely lose my remote.

As for your remote, I'm pretty sure a pack of desert monkeys took it.

It's funny, we invent remote controls to make TV more relaxing and effortless, but when we lose our remotes we will turn the house upside down to find them rather than simply using the controls on the TV.

between the cushions on the couch
behind the couch
behind the TV
behind the curtains
in the kitchen, on the bench
on any other shelf where somebody might've left it when they went to do some other chore

My remote went out of batteries months ago and I never bothered getting new ones because I could just use the buttons on the tv. And if I'm watching a DVD I use my ps2 and you don't really lose your ps2 controller 'cause it's attached to your ps2.

I hate when that happens. My remote matches the sheets of my bed, so it's extra hard to find mine when I lose it. Usually it's found under the bed or under me, as I'll sit on it thinking it's not there.

If I walk into my living room planning on watching TV and can't find the remote, I'll search for it for a little while then figure it will turn up sooner or latter and go do something else. It would take forever to get anywhere using the buttons on my TV.
