"EVERYTHING IS"

Some people believe that anything is possible, however , if anything is possible then it is also possible for something to be immpossible. If something is possible then it will happen eventually. Kinda freaky eh?

I don't believe anything is possible, except for when I am high or manic :p For example, I can't flap my hands and fly, now can I? :p

*tries*

Omg I'm flying.. XD!!!

You would be able to if you truly believed you could, but you don't, so you can't.

I believe that nothing needs to be possible because it already is. "EVERYTHING IS"

If you truly believe something, is it not real? For a believer, is god not real? For the nonbeliever, is the nonexistance of god not reality? Reality is perception.

I like this thread.

On topic, I believe it to be contrary to the nature of the statement "everything is" to deconstruct it any further and attempt to analyze what it implies. What is, is. It is all part of the war to be. That is all.

See the 'eject' button on the DVD player? Press it, and return The Matrix safely back in it's box. Because you choose to.

That matrix has absolutly nothing to do with this thread...... Other than that referance earlier to there is no spoon

There is no true path to enlightenment. There are no truths.

The path to enlightenment is YOUR path. There is never one way for anything. Probability governs everything in this universe. You might just be sitting at school/work and suddenly the dice fall in the right place, and you figure everything out.

It is all just a toss of the dice.

Probability doesnt exist. THe statment "everything is" implies exactly what it says. A way of thinking of it with your statement is that there is more than one path to take , however every path is taken.

Jebus

Every path has been taken, and yet none have. All things are possible, some just have an extremely low probability. But given infinite time, all things will happen. The universe, as far as I know, has always been and always will be, but may have blinked in and out of existence.

It is as I said, just a roll of the dice. All things are dependant on probability.

Probability is irrelevant as is time and existance. It does not take time for something to happen. The statement "everything is" explains this if you truly understand its meaning.

I have to agree with Bigangry here. Sorry Jeeb, but just watching the way you debate leads me to conclude we think in completely different ways. <3

However, I wouldn't comment on whether or not probability exists. Since everything is, probability is. And I wouldn't comment on its relevance either, but that can be considered a separate measure from the topic on hand.

P.S. YOU HIPPEI!
